Clinton Roosevelt Dale (born May 1975) is a small business owner, husband, and father of two daughters. Clinton has a large extended family in St. Louis, East St. Louis, Florida, California, and Hawaii, and believes in strong families and family values. Clinton is an Independent running for US Senate in Colorado in 2026.

Born in Kankakee, Illinois, and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, he was educated at Regis University in Colorado where he earned an MBA in Business and Finance. He began working as a teacher, which led to his passion for policies that support stronger educational institutions. He became an IRS agent in 2001, which eventually led to him opening his own small tax business, Blue Bear Tax Solutions, to help families and other small businesses better understand tax responsibility. He later opened a nonprofit, Blue Bear Foundation, to aid minority and veteran women by tutoring them about accounting and personal finance.

Because of his two daughters, Dale is deeply passionate about advocating for women’s rights to make their own choices. As a family man, he also cares about supporting families through government policies and the educational system. Having owned a small business, he understands the challenges small businesses face and wants to advocate for policy that supports them.

Clinton Roosevelt Dale was born 50 miles south of Chicago in Cape Kankakee, Illinois. Shortly after his birth, Dale and his family moved to East St. Louis. He grew up in a bad neighborhood where he faced several challenges as a young Black man. His Great- Grandfather was on the citizen's board for policemen where he was involved in regulating policy regarding policing. His grandparents owned a construction company, which gave his family direct influence over urban planning and infrastructure.

When Dale was 13, his family moved to Palm Beach, Florida, in order to provide him with more opportunities for growth and a safer environment. He attended Florida Atlantic University and then after moving to Colorado, Regis University, a Jesuit Catholic university in Colorado. During his undergrad years, Dale served in the student government and was diagnosed with a learning disability. He took remedial classes to test out of being held behind. He ultimately graduated with an MBA in Accounting and Business management. He also did graduate work in accounting, business, and law.

On September 15, 2014, Dale married his wife, Labri Jones-Dale. He has two daughters: Samantha A. Dale and Adin P. Dale. Because of his large extended family, he is a strong believer in family values. He has family in St. Louis, Florida, California, and Hawaii.

A devout churchgoer, he is a member of the Heritage Church in Aurora, Denver. He was raised African Methodist Episcopal. However, he is now nondenominational because of his wife.

In his free time, Dale is very committed to his nonprofit foundation, Blue Bear Foundation, and the work that they do. He is also a huge baseball fan, his favorite team being the Cardinals.

“We all can have better; we all can come together to better our lives and to listen to each other to achieve great things.”
